     Professor Dechko Uzunov (1899—1986) is one of the most outstanding Bulgarian artist. His works are distinguished by their solid draughtsmanship, clear form and original colour schemes. Both his landscapes and compositions are highly appreciated, but he is best known as a portrait painter.
