In it, he points out why the crisis caused by the coronavirus is fundamentally different from any other the world has experienced in the last 30 years. According to him, it will change the world, but the most radical political impact will be felt by Europe, because the pandemic forces us to rethink the place of our continent in the world and the future of the European project. Analyzing the unprecedented situation, the famous political scientist sees in it seven paradoxes, which — also paradoxically (!) — are both disturbing and encouraging.
