   The edition comprises fourteen articles about the Thracian tribes and rulers, the silver ores in the lands of the Thracians, the inscription on their silver vessels, the royal coin minting, the external influences, and the autochthonous elements in the elaboration of silver objects, as well as the gods and the myths depicted on them. It has been retraced the application of silver in the burial practices, the parade armament, the horse trappings, the banquet sets, the adornments, and the elements of the clothing, and it has been pointed out the main production centres of the items. The book includes silver artifacts from twenty Bulgarian museums and silver objects from the permanent exhibition of the National History Museum of Romania in Bucharest.
