     The encyclopaedic companion collects the biographies of those 230 creators of the first constitutional law of Bulgaria who play the role of founders of our constitutional life. These men are representatives of the Bulgarian political, social and economic elite. At the will of the history and decisions of the Berlin Congress, they draw up an Organic Statute for the National Structure of the Principality of Bulgaria.
