   The book describes the history and livelihood of the people from the pre-Balkan village of Momin Sbor (Central North Bulgaria) in the period after the Russo-Turkish war (1878) to the present days. After the war from 1877—1878 the Turkish village of Kestambol is abandoned and subsequently is inhabited by Bulgaruan citizens. After 1944 the village is renamed of Momin sbor.
