Ivan Petrov Stoyanovich (1862—1947) was a Bulgarian revolutionary, politician, deputy, public and state figure. His name is associated with such achievements in New Bulgaria as the creation of the first telegraph agency, the introduction of the first radio in 1912, the establishment of the first Bulgarian school and church in Budapest in 1918, the signing of the first peace treaty with the independent state of Ukraine and Soviet Russia in 1918, as well as his direct involvement in three wars in five years — the Balkans and the First World War.
