   The book develops central philosophical categories while outlining the horizon of an original ontological program. The authors try to restore the positivity of philosophical thinking: its power to affirm and endure in the world. To this end, philosophers offer "counter" definitions of key metaphysical and/or ontological concepts — existence, being, world, energy, matter, form, time and space, modality, subject — critically reworking the essentialist rudiments in them so that they can continue to work in dynamic mode. The result is a complex "dual-core" theory — a unity of two converging dimensions, yet non-identical concepts.
