The Dialogical Mind
Диалогичният разум
Language: Bulgarian
Reason seeks itself in the dramatic and non-linear history of mankind. In the beginning is the logos that denies myth. Many forms and perspectives of reason have emerged over the centuries. It is monologue or dialogue. Dialogue is a fundamental ontological act of mutual recognition between human beings. The polar opposite of dialogical reason is the radical negation and insignificance of the Other, considered non-human and deserving of slavery or death. The killer of reason is the monster. The monster is a disfigured man: he has no face. His soul is impenetrable darkness. The face of a reasonable man of flesh and blood is a window to infinity in a spiritual sense.
