     Encho Pironkov is an established name in Bulgarian art. He was born in 1932 and belongs to the so-called group of Plovdiv artists. In the sixties this artistic school came into prominence through its orientation towards expressivenes and pure colours, adapting the impressionist manner of painting to their own artistic view point. Encho Pironkov is a serious artist who is constantly on the look out for new subjects and encounters with an audience.
