    The book presents the results of medico-anthropological studies of prehistoric and medieval graves and necropolises discovered on the territory of towns of Varna and Devnya (Northeast Bulgaria) — Varna Chalcolithic necropolis, Early Chalcolithic graves near Varna, Early Medieval mass grave near Devnya, and a skull with survived surgical trepanation from an Early Medieval necropolis in Troshevo district, Varna.
