The edition includes papers from the conference "Universality and Applicability of Human Rights", organized by the faculty of Philosophy at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”. The occasion for the conference was the seventieth anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN in 1948.
