Vladimir Visotsky (1938—1980) is one of the most popular Soviet singers, poets and actors, author of more than 900 songs and poems. His artistic works and messages continue to be of interest not only in Russia but around the world. Bulgaria is closely related to his life — here are published some of the first books about him, as well as records and poems. In 1975 the Taganka Theatre and Vysotsky came on their first tour abroad in Bulgaria. The book tells about Vladimir Visotsky's visit here and his reception in Bulgaria.
