   We offer readers a new edition of the translation of Aristotle's treatise On the Heavens, the foundational cosmological work that for nearly two millennia largely determined most ancient and medieval philosophers' conceptions of the structure of the cosmos. It is united with the Epinomis, perhaps Plato's last dialogue. This dialogue is very valuable as a kind of bridge connecting Plato's cosmogony and cosmography of Timaeus with the cosmology of On the Heavens.
