Delivery Information

   Ordering, shipping and payment

   Shipping is carried out by couriers (Speedy/DPD or Econt) and postal services and takes between 1—3 working days for Bulgaria and 3—15 business days for shipments outside the country. The costs depend on the weight of the ordered books and their destination. The shipping fees are automatically calculated after the selection of the requested books is finalized. These costs are paid by the client.

  Payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: Paying via the international payment processing platform Stripe.​

​• Bank transfer: If you choose to pay into a bank account, you will be kindly asked to transfer the sum for your order to the bank account of the bookstore. The ordered books will be shipped to you after the payment has been confirmed. Please indicate the number of the order as a reason for payment. All bank fees and commissions are to be paid by the client.

  Right of withdrawal from purchased goods

  If a client has discovered a faulty product and if the product and its packaging are without damaged commercial looks, the Bookstore takes the responsibility to replace the book with a new one or to refund the client no later than 14 working days from the date when the client has exercised their right of withdrawal. The product should be in a good commercial shape, without any damages, in order for the refund to take place. The shipping costs are to be borne by the Bookstore. In case paying was made by a bank card, refund shall be made by order of the inverse operation to the card with which the payment was made within 3 business days.
