Orpheus. Journal of Indo-European and Thracian Studies (ISSN 0861-9387) is peer-reviewed journal of the Institute for Balkan Studies & Center of Thracology (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences) and the Secretariat of the International Council of Indo-European and Thracian Studies.

The journal features articles, reviews and news devoted to the Indo-European and Thracian Studies.
It is published once a year in English, German, French and Spanish.

The journal’s editor-in-chief is Prof. Svetlana Yanakieva (Institute for Balkan Studies & Center of Thracology — Bulgarian Academy of Sciences). Editors: Rumyana Gergieva and Irina Shopova. The editorial advisory board is composed by the members of the International Council of Indo-European and Thracian Studies.
